We can photograph from 1-50 people per portrait session. If you have more, Please contact us and we will make arrangements to meet your timeline.
Consultation (phone)
We can take you through the process with some quick questions and viewing any previously photographs of staff members. This will help us to match the style as close as possible. We can work with you to choose a background, location, and to schedule the day(s) for your portrait sessions. Scheduling a Make-up and hair artist available during the shoot is an option
Day of the photo shoot
Each staff member can stop by the designated room where we set up to have their headshot taken, and we will greet each staff member and coach them to get the best possible portrait that is within your company guidelines.
We offer the option for each staff member to view their photos to choose their favorite. The chosen photos are marked separately so you do not have to chase people later on for their photo choices.
Method of delivery
Chosen photos are edited, lightly retouched and delivered on disk in labeled folders for of each individual.
Delivery options:
* Online link to High resolution and edited images organized by staff member
* A master CD/DVD of all edited portraits, organized by staff member
* Black and white or color images
* Cropping the photos to fit into a specific space for website
* Working directly with your PR staff to deliver approved image sizes
